Welcome to Designed by Lillian! By using this website or working with me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

I provide creative services including (but not limited to) web development, design, branding, marketing, and social media management. All services are customized based on client needs and outlined in project agreements or proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:

• Provide clear and timely communication

• Share all necessary materials (text, images, brand assets, etc.)

• Review and approve work within agreed timelines

Delays in providing materials or feedback may affect project deadlines.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Final deliverables will be provided once full payment is received.

• Late payments may result in paused work or late fees.

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Revisions

I include a set number of revisions with each project. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. I’ll always communicate clearly about what’s included.

5. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received:

• You own the final deliverables for your project.

• I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio or on social media unless we agree otherwise.

All unused concepts or drafts remain my intellectual property.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a project at any time. However:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• You will be responsible for payment of any completed work up to the cancellation date.

I reserve the right to cancel a project due to lack of communication or breach of agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

While I do my best to deliver high-quality work, I’m not liable for:

• Business losses due to design, marketing, or website performance

• Technical issues outside my control (e.g., third-party hosting problems)

You use my services at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
